Annual Dinner 2006

Gwrych - Dinner 001'Thank you to all who attended our sixth Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust 2006 Annual Dinner on 2nd December. The evening was a tremendous success and as always, was very well supported and enjoyed by all.

We would like to thank all Members who travelled from near and far to join us at the Llandudno Golf Club and we hope you will enjoy the photographs from the Annual Christmas Dinner, alongside other Trust events which can be found on the Trust website.

In particular, may we extend thanks to our Guests of Honour, the Mayor and Mayoress of Llandudno for their attendance at the 2006 Annual Christmas Dinner.Gwrych - Dinner 012

Without question, the welcome at the Golf Club this year, (including entertainment from the Linzi Grace School of Drama and Dance) provided an excellent early start to our Christmas celebrations and we now look forward to our forthcoming 2007 events.

The gatherings for next year will include the 2007 Annual Garden Party during the summer (date to be arranged and published on the website), the regular library event during August at the Abergele Library. In addition to an additional exhibition for 2007 to be arranged at the Llandudno Library.

After-Dinner speeches, talk for groups, and exhibitions are available throughout the year. These presentations take place at many venues, this service is very well received and now incorporates other country houses of Wales including amongst others Plas Teg in Mold ~ (Jacobean Country House), Hafodunos Hall in Llangernw and Baron Hill in Anglesey.

Please keep checking the website for the latest information relating to the Trust and up to date information. The Trust welcomes all Members and we hope that you will continue to promote Membership of the Trust since we are proudly one of the largest Buildings Preservation Trusts in Wales.

Thank you for supporting the Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust.

A Merry Christmas to All and All Good Wishes for a Happy and Healthy 2007.

Mark Baker ~ Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust Founder and Secretary.
